Shameless, cowboy scumbag.
Peter project managed the installation of my new bathroom: he has ZERO aptitude for any form of trade. •Spotlights dropped out of the ceiling •Toilet is wonky and unsealed •Grout smeared all over the tiles was left and won't come off including my UPVC window frames, in large solid chunks. •Tile edge strip was left with sharp edges, corners are not mitred •Electric work wasn't earthed - this could have started a fire! •Taps drilled on wonky with hot and cold the wrong way round! •Tiles around the bath dropped off. The work was half done when the fitter phoned me, demanding full payment, but wouldn't produce an invoice. His manner was threatening, shouting that he was late to start and couldn't afford materials for another customer, as if his poor time and budget management was anything to do with me. I obliged by paying 75%, pending the the work being finished and that certificates and invoice were provided - but they disappeared after receiving my money and abandoned the job.
